On offshore platforms and production sites, deck space is scarce and expensive. The efficient arrangement of necessary process equipment is therefore crucial. Bosch Techniek designs and builds integrated skid-mounted units that provide the answer to this space challenge. We combine components such as tanks, pumps, piping, valves, and controls on a single compact, movable frame. This results in 'plug-and-play' solutions that are easy to transport and drastically reduce costly on-site installation time.

Our expertise ranges from complex chemical injection skids for highly accurate high-pressure dosing, to robust stand-alone pump skids and batchmix tanks equipped with powerful agitators for mixing liquids. The art lies in smart integration. In the design phase, our engineers ensure a logical layout where all piping and fittings are compactly assembled, without compromising the necessary accessibility for operation and future maintenance.

Because equipment is subjected to extreme loads in a maritime environment, we build our tanks and frames without compromise. We use high-quality materials (such as stainless steel or Duplex where needed) and protect them with multi-layer offshore coating systems to give corrosion no chance. Naturally, our skids are designed and built according to applicable international standards for safety and lifting, such as DNV 2.7-1 and ATEX directives for hazardous environments.
